Moe currently holds the role of Managing Director and Treasurer on the Board of Directors at the US-Qatar Business Council (USQBC).
With a strategic vision and extensive experience, Moe excels in bridging the gap between the public and private sectors. His focus is on facilitating new business ventures for American companies abroad and attracting investments domestically. Moe oversees all Council activities, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives, including programs, advisory services, market research, and member services.
In addition to his role at USQBC, Moe leads various Congressional, Federal, and State programs aimed at enhancing business, investment, and trade opportunities. He also provides valuable business and cultural advisory services to both American and Qatari companies.
Prior to his current position, Moe served as a Business Strategy Advisor at the US-Saudi Arabian Business Council in Washington, D.C., where he offered strategic guidance to companies from both nations across diverse industries.
Moe’s career also includes roles in business development for a major holding group, where he expanded international partnerships and business portfolios. Additionally, he has experience as a defense contractor for the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
Educationally, Moe holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies, U.S. Legislation, and Information Technology Law from American University’s Washington College of Law, an Advanced Business Strategy Degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a B.A. in Political and Public Administration.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Moe is a bilingual and multicultural executive known for his public speaking skills and contributions to radio and TV. He actively engages with the business and cultural community in Maryland and Washington, DC.
Moe’s dedication and achievements were recognized in 2021 when he received the prestigious “40 Under 40” award from the U.S. Middle East Policy Council. This honor highlights his more than 18 years of committed work toward enhancing economic opportunities and strengthening ties between the U.S. and Middle Eastern countries.
